Achieving the Whole30 diet is no easy task.  And while I can't promise your journey will be sunshine and roses (or even close to it), I can give you some of the most achievable advice that helped my husband and I successfully make it through the program AND reintroduction period.  If we (gluten, sugar, and dairy-loving folks) can do it, then so can you.
